Manufacturing Process

Work Process

Here's a simplified summary of the manufacturing process of masonry bricks in the simple steps

Raw Materials 01

In the first stage, raw materials like clay and water are combined to create a uniform mixture. This mixture is then shaped into individual bricks using molds, ensuring that each brick is of consistent size and shape.

Drying 02

Next, the newly formed bricks go through a drying and firing process. They are left to dry under controlled conditions to remove excess moisture. Once dried, the bricks are fired in kilns at high temperatures, which helps to harden and strengthen them.

QA/QC 03

Finally, the bricks undergo quality control checks to ensure they meet industry standards. Once approved, they are packaged and prepared for distribution to construction sites, where they are used in various building projects.

Types of Bricks

No matter the project requirements, Asia Brick Company provides a comprehensive selection of bricks tailored to meet both general construction needs and specific engineering challenges.

"Bricks are often made of a lightweight rock called shale. It's ground up into a thick paste that is pressed into the standard brick shape. Then the bricks are cooked in a giant oven at 1,040 degrees Celsius. That's almost 2,000 degrees Fahrenheit!"
